Leading all aspects of the maintenance and reporting of the Digital Portfolio for Joints Supply Chain, ensuring consistency with the DePuy Synthes Global portfolio. Establishing and leading a governance and portfolio management process (Digital Council) for Joints Supply Chain that aligns with DePuy Synthes’ digital governance, enabling effective prioritization and coordination across IT and digital strategies. Assisting business owners with project prioritization, cost alignment, value definition, and value tracking for each digital solution. Facilitating lifecycle management decisions to optimize costs and minimize redundancy in solutions. Required EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: A minimum of six years of overall business experience is required, including at least two years in digital product lifecycle management or end-to-end supply chain operations.
