We have 3 exciting roles on offer within our Cultural services as a Casual Box Office Assistant. About Us We have an exciting opportunity to join the box office team within Middlesbrough Town Hall and Middlesbrough Theatre. We are seeking box office assistants to work across both venues. Please note, these are casual posts on a zero hours contract. Shifts are allocated on a monthly rota and consist mainly of evening and weekend shifts, though weekday shifts are sometimes available to provide cover as required. We are looking for people who are friendly and professional, and who enjoy delivering fantastic customer service. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will feel comfortable communicating face-to-face, over the phone and via email. Responsibilities include: Providing excellent customer service whilst dealing with enquiries. Using our box office system (Spektrix) to process sales and other sales-related tasks. Keeping the box office area tidy and print updated. Taking deliveries and informing relevant teams. We are ideally looking for candidates who are available to work a mix of daytimes/evenings and weekends. If this is you, this may be the opportunity you are looking for!
