SEN Teaching Assistant - Chesterfield
Pay: £95-£110 per day (dependent on experience)

Aspire People are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work in schools across Chesterfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them reach their full potential.
The Role:
Supporting pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
Working on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management
Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Supporting pupils with both academic work and social development
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based or similar setting preferred)
A patient, caring, and resilient approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for education and supporting SEN pupils
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
