Product Marketing Team – Senior Marketing Executive
Position Overview:
The role involves developing, implementing, and reporting on marketing campaigns and strategies across multiple channels for our customers and suppliers, working closely with our Procurement Team. Additional duties and overnight stays may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and manage targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns for key product categories, considering branch support.
* Tailor strategies to reach B2B and B2C customer segments effectively.
* Use customer insights and feedback to optimise campaigns and drive sales online and in branches.
* Lead day-to-day activities, campaigns, and communications for product categories, liaising with the Product Marketing Manager, suppliers, and the Procurement Team.
Supplier Collaboration and Alignment:
* Work with suppliers to plan and execute co-branded marketing activities aligned with business objectives and the marketing calendar.
* Manage supplier budgets, define KPIs, and ensure campaigns enhance MKM and supplier brand presence.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
* Monitor and report on sales, website traffic, social media engagement, paid search, and email performance.
* Evaluate KPIs like ROI and use insights to improve future marketing efforts.
Additional Duties:
* Contribute to social media content creation that aligns with marketing strategies.
* Support team members with marketing expertise.
* Manage administrative tasks related to marketing, including budgets and projects.
* Travel to branches and other locations, possibly overnight.
Desired Skills:
* Experience in a fast-paced business environment.
* Budgeting experience for campaigns.
* Understanding of digital marketing is desirable.
Required:
* Experience in building, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing.
* Full UK driving license.
* Must be local to East Yorkshire / North Lincolnshire due to office-based work and flexible arrangements.
