We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven commercial contract manager in the Sefton area.
Your Role
As a Contract Manager, you will cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, and elevate our commercial performance to secure our position as a market leader. You will manage the contract to ensure operational excellence, drive commercial and business growth, manage high value client relationships, and lead dynamic teams!

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, develop and support a team, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with KPIs.
2. Drive commercial growth and attract new business and success to the contract.
3. Conduct regular contract reviews, negotiate terms, and build strong client relationships with key stakeholders.
4. Oversee budget management and cost control, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining service excellence.
5. Address operational and compliance challenges, ensuring services meet company and legal standards.
6. Oversee staff scheduling and deployment, ensuring contractual performance targets are consistently met.

What We’re Looking For
7. Experience in operational, contract, and commercial management, ideally within service-based industries.
8. Proven track record of managing budgets and teams in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
10. Experience with rota management and workforce deployment to meet performance targets.
