Job Description
* Develop and refine mechanical components and assemblies for complex equipment and system applications.
* Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and documentation that meet manufacturing and quality standards.
* Perform mechanical analyses, including structural, thermal, fatigue, and vibration evaluations, to ensure reliable performance.
* Specify and evaluate electro‑mechanical and hydraulic components to support overall system functionality.
* Review technical specifications, schematics, and customer requirements to assess feasibility and design intent.
* Collaborate with engineering teams and project personnel to troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement design improvements.
* Coordinate with suppliers and fabrication partners on material selection, manufacturability, and assembly considerations.

The Successful Applicant
* Possesses strong mechanical aptitude and can confidently work with mechanical systems and component design.
* Demonstrates proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and can produce accurate, manufacturable drawings.
* Capable of performing mechanical analyses, including evaluating structural, thermal, vibration, or fatigue aspects of designs.
* Understands pneumatic systems and general mechanical system behavior.
* Comfortable reviewing technical specifications, engineering documentation, and customer requirements.
* Able to communicate clearly with engineers, project teams, and external partners to resolve design or system issues.
* Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
* Brings previous engineering experience, ideally including exposure to automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.
