We manage a large portfolio of residential apartments and pride ourselves on delivering a professional, hands-on service to both landlords and tenants. With our office located on the ground floor of Chavasse Apartments, we are at the heart of the action every day.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our busy lettings and property management operations. This is a key role that ensures the smooth running of the office, efficient handling of administrative tasks, and professional communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to the team.
* Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, providing excellent client service.
* Process tenant applications and referencing through Vouch.
* Assist with tenancy agreements, compliance documentation, and file management.
* Perform data entry, record-keeping, and general clerical tasks (filing, scanning, photocopying).
* Coordinate appointments, viewings, and schedules for team members.
* Monitor office supplies and place orders when required.
* Support with invoicing and rent account queries (QuickBooks / PayProp experience beneficial).
Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative role is essential (property or lettings background preferred).
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Experience with QuickBooks, PayProp, or similar software is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Full UK driving licence beneficial but not essential.
