Warehouse Administrator £28,000 - £30,000 per annum Type: Permanent, Full Time Location: Hams Hall, Coleshill Working Schedule: Monday – Friday, 42.5 hours per week | 7am – 4:30pm Benefits 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing to 33 days after 5 years’ service Option to buy up to 5 extra days holiday per year Company sick pay Save As You Earn Scheme Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay Comprehensive Learning & Development programmes Pension Plan Key Responsibilities Booking in stock and checking availability Liaising with suppliers on delivery queries Working collaboratively with our central stock planning team and Purchasing Periodic stock inventory checks Supporting the Operations and Warehouse manager with Stock Take Preparations Coordinating work between office, warehouse, and shop floor teams Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations Assisting with ad hoc vehicle routing Picking and packing orders when required Operating a Fork Lift Truck (FLT) as needed Supporting general warehouse and office activities Skills & Experience Confident IT and PC skills Comfortable working in a hands-on, dual office/warehouse role Good communication and organisational skills FLT licence is an advantage, but not essential (training can be provided) Willingness to learn and support different areas of the business Job Ref: EN1062 Hollyfield Personnel does not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
