This is a site-based days role with a dynamic and collaborative organisation where safety, sustainability and innovation are at the heart of operations. You'll be key in ensuring plant reliability and performance while promoting best practices in engineering and safety compliance.
The Opportunity:
As an Electrical Engineer you will play a key role in:
1. Leading planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities across the site
2. Carrying out detailed fault finding and Root Cause Analysis RCA implementing Right First Time solutions
3. Working with PLCs HMIs and DCS systems to ensure reliable automation and control
4. Mentoring colleagues to promote strong technical knowledge and safe working practices
5. Actively contributing to site-wide Continuous Improvement and ESG goals
