Adi Facilities Engineering Facilities Technician
Hours – Continental Shifts
As a facilities Technician, you will be part of a key client site’s facilities team, supporting non-core engineering and operations. Your tasks include planning and coordinating daily maintenance repairs and scheduled services, as well as overseeing adi-appointed contractors for outsourced maintenance. This multi-skilled role requires a strong emphasis on electrical or mechanical expertise.
Performing hands-on maintenance and operation of utility equipment and control systems.
Maintaining pipe systems and related equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, and waste management.
Undertaking planned, reactive and corrective maintenance effectiveness and reviewing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
Conducting root cause analysis to optimize plant and machinery efficiency and safety.
Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental requirements.
Contributing to minor project work.
Extensive experience in a facilities maintenance technician position or related field.
Proven experience in mechanical or electrical engineering and familiarity with HVAC systems is highly advantageous and will be considered desirable.
