To succeed, you should be able to lead a team to:
* Deliver great food, prepared to company standards
* Ensure adherence to all food safety standards
* Place, receive, and store weekly orders for food, paper supplies, kitchen supplies & cleaning chemicals
* Maintain outstanding kitchen cleanliness and organization
* Participate in weekly/monthly inventories
* Maintain budgeted food cost
* Manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standards
Responsibilities

Requirements
* Eligible to work in the United States
* Minimum 1 year experience in a full-service, casual restaurant culinary management position
* Minimum 21 years or older
* Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
* Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
* Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
