About the Role: As a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who require additional care, emotional support, and personalised learning approaches. You will support teaching staff in delivering tailored activities, encouraging independence, and creating a safe, nurturing environment for each learner. What We’re Looking For: Experience within the care sector is essential, particularly supporting individuals with additional or complex needs. Experience working with children —either in education, care, youth work, or similar roles—is highly desirable. A calm, patient and resilient approach when supporting pupils with a wide range of needs, including physical disabilities, learning difficulties, medical needs, or sensory impairments. Someone able to work full-time, Monday to Friday. A genuine commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
