Responsibilities

* Assist with financial documentation using QuickBooks and ensure proper filing of invoices and receipts.
* Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
* Organise meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes as required.
* Provide general office support, ensuring a tidy and efficient working environment.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow.
Requirements
* Proven administrative experience in a similar role is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is an advantage but not essential.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Previous office experience is desirable, showcasing your ability to work in a professional environment.
