Job Description
As Senior People Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering both strategic people initiatives and hands-on operational support across a global population of c.200 colleagues. This is a high-impact position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with regular organisational change.You will report to the Head of People Partnering and work closely with the Head of People Services, forming strong cross-functional relationships across the People function and wider business.Key Responsibilities:
3. Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, providing expert guidance across the full HR lifecycle
4. Lead and support people elements of global M&A activity, including due diligence, onboarding, integration planning, and culture alignment
5. Drive harmonisation of terms & conditions across multiple countries, ensuring fairness, legal compliance, and alignment with business strategy
6. Shape and deliver change management initiatives, building leader capability and ensuring colleagues feel informed, supported, and engaged
7. Partner on organisational design activity to create scalable, future-fit structures
8. Manage complex and sensitive employee relations matters, balancing risk and commerciality while maintaining a people-first approach
9. Champion a consistent, inclusive colleague experience across all markets
10. Use people insights and data to inform decision-making and influence at senior level
11. Work closely with the Head of People Services to ensure seamless collaboration between partnering, operations, and People Services
12. Travel internationally (Ireland and Germany) every couple of weeks to build strong relationships and embed effective ways of working
The Successful Applicant

13. Have experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex, multi-country, fast-paced environment
14. Bring strong generalist expertise across ER, change, OD, and talent development
15. Have operated in environments with M&A, integrations, or significant organisational transformation
16. Demonstrate sound judgement, commercial acumen, and a calm, solutions-focused approach
17. Are comfortable balancing strategic advisory work with hands-on delivery
18. Advocate for inclusive practices and foster positive working relationships globally
19. Are adaptable, confident working independently, and bring an innovative mindset aligned to a growing FinTech business
What's on Offer
This role offers a salary of £60,000 to £75,000 per annum (DOE), plus a performance related bonus and benefits
