Payroll Co-Ordinator - 6 Month FTC London can be remote

A well-established and fast-growing Financial Services Group is looking to appoint a Payroll Co-Ordinator to join their team.
With hundreds of employees across the UK and Europe and over £600m premium placed globally, the business continues to grow following a recent acquisition by a leading global FS firm. This is an exciting time to join an organisation that combines the agility of a specialist FS Firm with the infrastructure of an international group.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end payroll process across the UK and international offices, ensuring payroll is delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements.
Working closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers, you will play a key role in maintaining payroll accuracy, managing employee queries, and supporting reporting and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end payroll processing for UK and international employees
• Manage payroll inputs and liaise with outsourced payroll providers
• Ensure payroll compliance with UK legislation and internal policies
• Respond to employee payroll queries and support the e-payslip portal
• Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and financial reconciliations
• Support pension administration and Benefits in Kind reporting (P11Ds)
• Maintain accurate payroll records and data integrity
About You
• Previous payroll experience within a payroll or HR operations environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Experience working with HRIS or payroll systems
• Good understanding of payroll processes and UK payroll legislation
• Strong communication and organisational skills
