You'll work directly under the COO of a tech-focused VC firm, gaining exposure to multiple facets of the business from day one. The goal isn't to keep you in a support box. Who This Is For
You're looking for your first real step on the ladder. You've probably got six to twelve months of office or admin experience under your belt. Enough to know how a professional environment works, but you're ready for more.
You'll have a degree. The learning curve here is steep and the exposure is broad. They need someone who can absorb complex information quickly and keep pace with a highly academic environment.
You're curious about how AI tools and creative software can make work faster and smarter. You don't need to be an expert, but you should be the kind of person who experiments, learns quickly, and brings ideas.
This role is not for seasoned EAs. They're looking for someone to develop. Not someone who's already arrived.
