IT Support Engineer - MSP Environment
I'm working with a growing Managed Service Provider that's looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team. This role offers variety, exposure to a wide range of technologies, and the chance to develop your skills in both traditional infrastructure and modern cloud platforms.
What you'll be doing:
* Providing hands-on technical support across servers, networks, cloud services, and end-user devices
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly while keeping customers updated in plain, clear language
* Managing multiple priorities and projects to deadlines
* Building relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers to deliver excellent service
Tech you'll get exposure to:
* Microsoft Windows, Windows Server (2008-2019), Exchange, and Mac OS
* Cloud technologies including Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure
* Mobile device management (Intune, iOS, Android, Windows)
* Firewalls, security, web filtering, and remote monitoring/support tools
What we're looking for:
* Previous IT support experience, ideally within an MSP environment
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Confident communicator with customers at all levels
* Organised, adaptable, and eager to keep learning
