Are you a door opener?

We’re looking for Sales Professionals to generate New Business Sales in organisations that can achieve measurable and quantifiable benefit by their use of data + AI transformation.

- You MUST have a consistent track record of achieving/overachieving monthly/quarterly sales targets

- You MUST be a tech salesperson who loves maximising outcomes from the use of data + AI

- You MUST by driven by making new contacts, to inspiring people, to nurturing leads, to making it easy buy from you

- You MUST be a hunter who proactively and relentlessly tracks down new opportunities

- You MUST share our values…by making things simple + working at a pace

We’re award-winning global data + AI consultants + builders. We power our clients’ growth using data + AI. We review, select, set up + support all of their organisation’s data + AI tools. We work with UK and global clients across all sectors. We were born in 2017, we have ambitious growth plans and we’re growing every day. We need your help to grow our business even further.



What you’ll do…

§ Identify new leads and sales opportunities, using our DATA3 sales process and your own ideas

§ Open up new conversations, with new leads and sales opportunities, on your own

§ Follow up warm leads generated by you and DATA3 (eg event guests, past proposals)

§ Nurture leads, build relationships, inspire and educate people, and make it super easy to buy from you

§ Be one of the faces of DATA3 in the market and be an advocate for our business (eg event presenter, networking)

§ Brief the DATA3 team on new opportunities and support the team with onboarding new clients

§ Work closely with our commercial team on sales + marketing activity

§ Work collaboratively with the rest of the DATA3 team to share sales insight to improve what we do

We are recruiting roles all over the UK.



What we need from you…

§ Significant experience delivering sales results, from scratch, in a similar business development or sales role

§ Able to share examples of proven sales strategies, business development tactics + sales results in similar technology businesses

§ You proactively build your own profile through events, social media, video and more

§ You hunt down new opportunities yourself

§ You are super organised, and manage your own workload

§ You report on sales results at least weekly, identifying opportunities to adapt to improve the results

§ You make complex technology topics super simple for all types of stakeholders

§ You can confidently talk about data + AI problems and opportunities

§ You are consultative with a problem-solving mindset

§ You love to learn and have a beginners’ mindset

§ You have excellent collaboration, interpersonal, presentation, written, listening & verbal communication skills

§ You love working in small businesses with evolving processes
