Key Responsibilities:
* Support children in their early education through a variety of creative, engaging activities.
* Observe and assess children’s development and plan for their future learning.
* Maintain a safe and stimulating environment that encourages independent exploration.
* Work closely with parents to monitor and support each child’s progress.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to planning and assessment.
Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
