I’m working with a leading maintenance contractor based in Exeter to recruit a Maintenance Administrator for a maternity cover contract. Duties will include: Front-of-house reception duties: meeting and greeting clients, logging attendance, and issuing keys Liaising with tenants, contractors, and internal teams Producing reports for the management team Ordering materials and raising purchase orders Updating compliance records and maintaining accurate documentation General administrative support as required You will need: Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal A sharp eye for detail to ensure records are accurate and up to date A professional and friendly telephone manner Previous experience in a similar administrative role This is a temporary position for a minimum of 6 months, with the possibility of an extension.
