You’ll work with mid-market and enterprise organisations across the UK, helping them modernise their communication infrastructure through tailored UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
Manage and grow existing client accounts
Deliver consultative sales of UCaaS, contact centre, and connectivity solutions
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your account baseAbout You: Account Manager – MSP
We’re looking for a motivated and commercially driven sales professional with a passion for technology.
You’ll ideally have:
Experience selling UCaaS, contact centre, or connectivity solutions
(e.g. RingCentral, 8x8, Gamma, Zoom, or similar)
A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Experience managing mid-market and/or enterprise accounts
A consultative, relationship-led sales approach
