School Business Manager - Level 3
37 hours per week (option to work all year or term time + 2 weeks)
Grade 10 - Pt 31-34 (£47,181-£50,269 fte)
Due to the current Business Manager relocating to Staffordshire, Marriott Primary School is looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Level 3 Business Manager.

We are looking for an individual who is experienced in overseeing all aspects of finance including budgeting, forecasting as well as the day-to-day functions such as invoicing and VAT returns. The role includes managing the HR function of the school in conjunction with the Co-Heads and with support from the school's HR advisor and this will include safer recruitment, policies, probation and induction, performance management and safeguarding. Site management is also an important part of the role and the successful candidate will be working closely with the premises officer in overseeing projects, maintenance, and ensuring the appropriate Health & Safety requirements are in place for the school.
