We have an exciting opportunity for a Diagnostic Imaging Assistant to join our Imaging team based in Hemel Hempstead. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the qualified radiographers with their day to day duties and to provide patient support for patients attending the imaging department at OSD Healthcare.
* The post requires a flexible approach to working days/hours to meet the needs of the service.
The successful candidate will be expected to work on a shift basis, working 37.5 hours per week over a 7 day rota during the hospital operating hours. The rota is not fixed, is subject to change in order to meet operational needs and will be required to work weekends and bank holidays in accordance with the rota.

About you
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
* Minimum five GCSEs or equivalent (Grades A-C) to include Math, English and a Science Subject, or NVQ Level.
* Experience in undertaking patient care, tasks and activities across modalities, ideally within a healthcare/private healthcare setting.
