The Role
We are looking for experienced and proactive Security Supervisors to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering safe, well-managed events, supervising teams of stewards and SIA-licensed staff, and ensuring our operations run smoothly from start to finish.
This is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong communication skills, the ability to make quick decisions under pressure, and a commitment to providing excellent service for clients, venues, and the public.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate teams of stewards and security staff during live events.
* Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, venue management, and Rock Steady Operations Team.
* Support the implementation of event security plans, including ingress, egress, and emergency procedures.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards.
* Lead briefings, allocate roles, and monitor staff performance throughout the event.
* Complete post-event reports and feedback to management.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Holds a Level 3 qualification in Spectator Safety (or willing to work toward).
* Has at least 3 years' experience in event security or crowd management.
* Holds a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (minimum).
* Has proven leadership or supervisory experience within the events or security industry.
* Can remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Can work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and long shifts when required.
