Retail Security Officer – M S
Location: Derby Kingsway Retail Park
Salary: £13.58 per hour. Guaranteed 40+ hours per week.
Candidate must have 5 years trackable working history in the UK.

About the role
This is a customer-facing role within a premium retail environment where safety, professionalism and service must work together seamlessly.
Responsibilities include:
* Creating a visible, welcoming and reassuring presence within store.
* Supporting customers and colleagues professionally and confidently.
* Responding appropriately to incidents, theft and security concerns.
* Helping de-escalate challenging situations calmly and respectfully.
* Working collaboratively with store teams as part of the wider M S environment.
* Delivering high standards of professionalism, communication and customer service at all times.
