Location: London based/Hybrid – 2 days in the office (The Ministry, SE1)
Founded in 2016, we’re an established ServiceNow partner - growing rapidly, building on our sector expertise and reputation, and delivering meaningful outcomes for our customers. To support the next phase of our growth, we’re looking for a London-based Senior Marketing Manager to report into our Marketing Director.
The role
This is a senior, hands‑on role for a commercially confident marketer who can combine strategic thinking with high‑quality execution. You’ll lead content and campaign delivery, manage agencies, our social media channels and ensure all activity aligns to business growth priorities. You will also work on partner marketing activities and join GTM campaigns with ServiceNow.
Our website and marketing automation (HubSpot) will also form part of your remit and you’ll take responsibility for how they support wider marketing activities.
We’re looking for someone with strong commercial acumen, creative flair and excellent writing ability. Someone who understands how marketing supports revenue growth and who can turn that understanding into compelling, effective output.
As our business continues to grow, the scope of our marketing activities is constantly evolving. We are therefore seeking someone who is flexible, dynamic, and relishes the opportunity to roll up their sleeves, grow with our business and excel in a varied and fast‑paced role.
We really do stand by our values here at UP3, and when we’re looking for people to join our team we look for those who align with our values too.
No-one is above making the tea or watering the plants.
Do the right thing by the customer. Always.
No room for egos, politics or gossip.
We're a team. Take pride in sharing what you know.
If you see something that needs doing, roll up your sleeves and get it done.
Remember, at some point, you did something for the first time.
