TheJob:
Responsiblefordrivingvalueandaligningprocurementactivitieswiththecompanysstrategicobjectives.TherolewillinvolvepurchasingavarietyofindirectMRO-related productsandservices, as well as some business services including IT contracts.
* Purchasingindirectproducts and servicesinlinewiththecompany'srequirementsandensuringmeasurablecommercialandoperationaloutcomeswithin theMRO and businessservices categories
* Buildinganddevelopingstrongsupplierrelationships
* MonitoringsupplierdatatoensureperformancelevelsarewithinagreedSLAs
* Carryingoutsuppliervisitsandaudits
* Implementingandembeddingprocurementimprovements
* Engagingwithstakeholders,drivingbudgetcomplianceanddeveloptenderspecifications
Requiredexperience:
1. Atleast6years'experienceinan MRO/spares/parts focused orIndirectpurchasing role, at SeniorBuyerlevel or above
2. Evidence of highspendand autonomous category responsibility
