Part-Time School Administrator
Location: Sheffield
Hours: Monday to Wednesday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Start Date: ASAP
PK Education are currently seeking a reliable and experienced School Administrator to join a welcoming school in Sheffield on a part-time basis.
The Role:
As a School Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. You will be the first point of contact for staff, students, and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing front-of-house reception duties
Handling phone and email enquiries
Maintaining accurate pupil records and administrative systems
Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting
Assisting with general office duties and school communications
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar school administration role is essential
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Competency with administrative systems and Microsoft Office
Ideally able to speak Roma Slovak (desirable but not essential)
