We're seeking a IAM Cyber Security Engineer in London in to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our Managed Service logistics client Please note, this is a 6-12 month inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella contract that will require onsite working in London 2 days per week Summary As a Cyber Security Engineer with a focus on Identity Access Management (IAM), you will play a crucial role in strengthening the security posture of our client, a leading logistics organization in the United Kingdom. In this position, you will leverage your expertise to design, implement, and maintain robust IAM solutions that protect the organization's critical assets and ensure seamless access management for its employees and stakeholders. You Will Develop and implement IAM strategies and policies that align with the organization's security objectives and industry best practices Configure and manage identity and access management systems, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and single sign-on Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities, implement security controls, and monitor for potential threats Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they understand and adhere to the organization's security protocols Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in the cybersecurity and IAM domains, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the organization's security posture Ideally, We'd Like A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Multiple years of experience in a Cyber Security Engineer or IAM-focused role Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions, such as Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Okta, or Ping Identity Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and single sign-on Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards, such as NIST, ISO, or GDPR Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach to delivering high-quality solutions Applicants must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland.
