This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing finance function, reporting into the NI-based Finance Manager, and to play a key part in a collaborative and expanding team. What You'll Receive Progressive role Flexible hours Competitive salary package Defined career development and progression pathway Generous company benefits What You'll Be Doing Take responsibility for overseeing the Accounts Payable function Accurately process supplier invoices and coordinate monthly payment runs Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies as needed Manage internal departmental invoicing and ensure correct cost allocation Review and validate staff expense submissions Produce monthly KPIs to support decision-making across the business Prepare and post accruals, prepayments, and other month-end journals Maintain the Fixed Asset Register accurately Complete VAT returns in accordance with HMRC deadlines Support broader month-end reporting tasks Assist in the production of monthly management accounts Carry out stock reconciliations and contribute to inventory control Complete balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis Provide general support across the finance team when required About You Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable or finance administration role Background in FMCG or similar fast-paced environments preferred High level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong team orientation with the ability to work collaboratively Effective verbal and written communication skills For further information on this vacancy, or any other Accountancy & Finance job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Chanel Gillen in the strictest confidence.
