Job Title: IT and Network Support Team Lead Location: Warrington Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 Benefits: Car Allowance, Pension Excellent opportunity to join and lead the IT support team of a very well-established and expanding company based in Warrington. They have a highly successful, rapidly growing presence and a reputation for excellent quality and service which the IT team also adhere to when delivering support to their users over multiple sites in the UK. The role will be based in the office four days a week with one day at home. The Role Based in Warrington, you will be tasked with leading the current team of 5 people who cover their 2nd line support, including networking throubleshooting particularly in Cisco Meraki. We expect this to be a hands-on role with you spending 30% of your time manging the team and the rest working on support tickets sent on by the helpdesk team and projects. The technology stack is Azure, 365 and Cisco Meraki and we are looking for someone with a good understanding of all three.
