The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, operational role responsible for running the day-to-day learning and reporting systems across a major project site.
You will ensure that all incidents, observations, and learning are captured, reviewed, and translated into actionable improvements, supporting both compliance and operational performance.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage the incident and observation reporting system (e.g. Insight)
Lead screening meetings to review and assess reported events.
Ensure corrective actions are tracked and completed effectively.
Analyse data and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Produce reports, KPIs, and meeting packs.
Support and manage a team of coordinators.
Deliver training and guidance on reporting processes.
Engage with stakeholders across engineering, HSE, and project teams.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
HSE / Engineering / Construction / Infrastructure
Experience with:
Incident reporting systems
Data analysis, KPIs, and reporting
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Experience in a fast-paced, site-based environment
Supervisor or team leadership experience
Desirable:
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
Experience within a regulated industry (nuclear, rail, oil & gas, defence)
Knowledge of root cause analysis and investigation processes

This is not a Learning & Development role.
It is a hands-on role focused on incident reporting, data, and continuous improvement processes.
