My Client is currently looking for an experienced Depot Supervisor to join their team due to continued growth and expansion.
Depot Supervisor Requirements:
Previous experience in a production/warehousing/depot environment is essential
Strong knowledge of sorting, repair, and yard operations from both a quality and operational perspective.
Mechanical understanding is an advantage.
Proven leadership and coaching ability.
Takes initiative and demonstrates integrity.
Flexible and adaptable to changing volumes and customer demands.
High attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
Proficient with computers and business systems.
Structured, hands-on, and result-oriented.
Entrepreneurial, respectful, and committed to team success.
Depot Supervisor Duties:
Ensure full compliance with statutory and company Health & Safety requirements.
Supervise and coach operational teams to meet production targets and KPI expectations.
Support achievement of weekly P&L goals through KPI performance management.
Take responsibility for HR and QHSE compliance on site.
Oversee accurate and timely processing of administrative tasks
Ensure all shifts meet quality and specification standards.
Apply practical knowledge of repair, FLT operations, stock management, and automation logic.
Maintain professional customer interaction and reporting.
Ensure teams have the tools and resources needed to complete daily tasks efficiently.
Foster engagement and continuous development of team members through feedback and succession planning.
Lead by example and promote best practices within the team
