Client Account Manager What can you expect? Based in our Glasgow office you will deliver outstanding service to your clients in a timely manner in line with MMB's target operating model. You will also provide technical support to clients and colleagues. We will rely on you to: Build strong client relationships Deal with client and member queries (verbal and written), with support as appropriate in line with service level agreements to ensure timely client delivery Manage Client renewals and identify growth opportunities Provide solution based problem solving Adhere to varying regulations for compliance and audit purposes Maintain ongoing communication with clients, colleagues and providers Partner with internal/ external stakeholders to achieve best service for client Ensure quality of own work Develop and maintain appropriate technical and market knowledge Support revenue reporting activity as appropriate What you need to have: Previous client service or sales experience within a professional office setting Strong communication and relationship building skills Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Proven ability to work on own and as a team player, establishing good rapport with clients and colleagues Excellent time management and planning/organisational skills, ability to work to deadlines What makes you stand out?
