We are seeking an experienced Administrator with a customer focused approach to join our professional and welcoming team. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Unit and ensuring patients are dealt with in a professional and courteous manner, endorsing the patient-centred approach of the team.
Responsibilities
* Provide a comprehensive administration function to the Unit, ensuring patients are treated professionally and courteously.
* Assist in the clerical function of the Unit.
* Work proactively to ensure Outpatient clinics and Theatre lists are filled to capacity; report any shortfalls and difficulties with booking or capacity to the Booking Lead & Patient Referral Manager.
Working arrangements
Working 37.5 hours a week. Shifts are 8 hours between Monday – Friday, typically 9am – 5pm or 10am – 6pm. Shifts operate on a rota system, so hours may vary week to week.
Any weekend shifts are deemed unsociable hours and there will be an increase in the hourly rate should you work them.
