Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic leader to oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of our placements and sufficiency services, ensuring an exceptional experience for students, staff and partners. You will manage a dedicated team, streamline workflows and implement service enhancements that align with institutional priorities.
About the Role
* Soulbury Points 14 – 17 plus 3 SPA points
* £62,197 – £66,432 per annum (2025 pay award pending)
You’ll lead and support a dedicated team to manage key operational processes, streamline workflows, and implement service enhancements. Working closely with colleagues across schools and professional services, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how we attract, admit and support students through their placement journeys.

About the Team
Our directorate consists of four dynamic service areas that contribute to the Borough’s ambitious Limitless Lifelong Learning Strategy. The Planning Funding and Resources Pillar delivers a wide range of statutory and community services that help residents access lifelong learning opportunities.
As a Team Leader you’ll be a key member of our Leadership Team, driving improvement, inspiring your team and working collaboratively with colleagues across the council.

* Lead and deliver through change, driving continuous improvement, digital innovation and alignment with council priorities including EDI and climate action.
