Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome VIP guests
* Manage VIP table bookings and ensure a seamless guest experience from entry to exit
* Upsell bottle service and premium experiences to maximize revenue
* Maintain the highest level of customer service and guest satisfaction
* Handle special requests and resolve any guest concerns promptly
* Represent the venue's image and brand at all times
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £11.00-£12.21 per hour
