A desire to progress a career in Social Care and Behaviour Analysis with a desire to undertake further training and development A bachelors Degree in Psychology, Social Care or an Allied field An interest in special educational needs and autism with a passionate for helping others learn and develop Professional, personal or voluntary experience of working with adults or young people with disabilities The ability to keep accurate records and reports to track learner progress A positive, patient, caring and can-do attitude with the ability to keep calm in high pressure situations Comfortable working with adults who exhibit challenging behaviour and supporting with personal/intimate care where required Please note: This role is also known as Learning Support Worker Salary: £25000 Contract terms: Monday, to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm Annual Leave: 25 Days plus bank holidays We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults at risk.
