💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Manage a portfolio of SME clients across your region, building strong relationships to uncover and convert asset finance opportunities.
* Proactively identify new prospects via direct engagement, referrals, and your professional network to grow the client base.
* Write and structure a high volume of asset finance deals per year, tailoring funding solutions that directly support SME growth.
* Work collaboratively with internal coverage, risk, and credit teams to deliver seamless and effective client experiences.
