An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Acute Services Division WCCS Directorate Admin Team, providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our Directorate Management team.
Responsibilities include supporting the Directorate Management team with a wide range of administrative duties, ensuring efficient office management and providing timely assistance to senior staff.
Qualifications required:
* HND level education or minimum previous experience working as a Personal Secretary/PA within a large organisation.
* Proven secretarial and administrative experience with excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
* Knowledge and understanding of common office practices, including minute taking and audio/copy typing.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
* Knowledge of NHS procedures and practices or experience in a public sector environment is an advantage.
The role is a part‑time post with salary paid on a pro‑rata basis and offers flexible working. The position supports work‑life balance with supportive family‑friendly policies.
