Regional Manager
Location: London
Salary: Up to £110,000 per annum + bonus + car
Role: Permanent - Full Time
We are looking for an exceptional Regional Manager to lead a high-profile, multi-site London operation.
This is a business-critical leadership role with full responsibility for regional performance, commercial delivery, customer excellence, and people leadership across the region. Suited to a commercially driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, the successful Regional Manager will know how to build high-performing teams, drive continuous improvement, and deliver results.
The successful Regional Manager will lead from the front, creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence while identifying opportunities to support long-term growth and business performance. We’re looking for a leader who can balance strong commercial focus with a people-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and deliver the regional strategy aligned with wider business objectives
Support growth initiatives and business improvement projects
Influence key stakeholders and contribute to wider business planning
Build a high-performance culture across the regionOperational Management
Lead safe, compliant, and efficient multi-site operations
Deliver against financial and performance targets
Drive continuous improvement and service excellence
Identify efficiencies across labour, assets, and regional processes
Maintain full P&L accountability for the regionPeople & Culture
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
Drive engagement, accountability, and strong leadership behaviours
Support succession planning and colleague development
Promote a collaborative and inclusive working cultureCustomer Excellence
Deliver exceptional service standards across the region
Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships

Proven experience leading large, operationally complex environments
Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L responsibility
Senior leadership experience across operational, commercial, and people functions
A track record of building high-performing teams and driving results
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Experience leading business improvement and change initiatives
