This senior management position is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of City Dressing, driving business growth while ensuring the seamless execution of installations. The ideal candidate will provide leadership across business operations, project management, financial oversight, and business development, working closely with the founder.
Business Management: Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency in business processes within a, independently run company.
Project Oversight: Manage the execution of multiple installation projects across the UK, coordinating creative teams, prop-hire logistics, and installation teams.
Financial Accountability: Manage budgets, forecasting, and P&L to support sustainable business growth.
Expand market opportunities by leveraging existing networks and identifying new prospects. While direct sales are not required, cultivating relationships and securing projects with potential clients is crucial.
Assist with installations when necessary, embracing a team-oriented approach in a dynamic work environment.
Have extensive senior-level management experience with a demonstrated track record in business growth.
Possess industry experience relevant to events, installations, place management, or urban realm projects.
Minimum 10 years of business management experience in a senior role.
Knowledge of the temporary installations industry and wider corporate landscape.
MBA preferred but not required.
Strong financial management (budgeting, forecasting, P&L oversight).
Proven people management capabilities for internal teams and remote installation teams.
Flexible with working hours based on project requirements.
