Position Overview
KAnalysis Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its IP practice and is looking for a Global Trademark Manager to join its growing team.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Manage global trademark portfolios for clients.
* Handle domestic as well as international trademark filings.
* Draft responses to examination reports and opposition proceedings.
* Conduct trademark searches and provide clearance opinions.
* Coordinate with foreign associates for international filings.
* Manage renewals, assignments, and recordals.
* Advise clients on brand protection and trademark strategy.
Eligibility
* LL.B or LL.M (IP specialization preferred).
* 5–6 years of experience in trademark prosecution and portfolio management.
* Strong drafting and client-handling skills.
* Experience with international filings (Madrid filings preferred).
