A highly successful and well‑regarded property consultancy has instructed Beach Baker to recruit an experienced Lease Consultancy Surveyor at Associate Director or Director level, based from their South Central offices.
The Role

Key Responsibilities
* Managing and developing a well‑established client portfolio
* Analysing and summarising lease documentation
* Undertaking property inspections
* Preparing pre‑negotiation and advisory reports, supported by market evidence
* Negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders, and re‑gears on behalf of landlords and occupiers
* Producing reports for internal and third‑party referrals
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients

About You
* MRICS qualified
* Minimum 4 years' post‑qualification experience in Lease Consultancy

* Confident working autonomously with a disciplined and organised approach
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Motivation to progress and develop within a respected consultancy platform
