Assistant Job Coach Ref: 95373 Hours: 18.5 hours per week, term time only, 40 weeks per year Salary: £11,981 to £12,710 per annum (£26,085 to £27,673 FTE) Based: Wakefield College/Castleford College We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Assistant Job Coach to join our Foundation Learning Department supporting learners with SEND to gain the skills they need for employment. As an Assistant Job Coach, you will confidently support our learners both in and out of the classroom, to develop the skills and knowledge that they need to enter the world of work. Working with local employers, you will source exciting work placement opportunities and support the learners to demonstrate that they can complete tasks and meet the expectations of the employer.
