Customer Service Executive – Prime Property | Central London ✨
We’re working with a prestigious, globally recognised property brand to build a brand-new customer service team based in their Central London office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service to join a fast-paced, high-end environment where you’ll be a key part of connecting clients to brokers and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
The role:
* Acting as the first point of contact for incoming property enquiries
* Qualifying leads and connecting them with the appropriate broker
* Managing follow-ups and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process
* Supporting brokers by keeping client information accurate and up to date
* Working to achievable KPIs to ensure quality communication and conversion
What we’re looking for:
1. Previous experience in customer service, client coordination, or sales support (property experience is a bonus but not essential)
2. Excellent communication and organisational skills
