The role: This is an opportunity to join an extremely successful and growing company within the exciting and growing dental industry. The Sales Specialist will sell a specialist range of innovative dental CAD/CAM equipment, 3D printers, milling equipment and related software that helps dentists meet future needs and provide better treatment options for patients. There is very little "cold calling" in this role - you will follow up on warm business leads from other colleagues and marketing campaigns, qualify customer requirements and close deals. This is a very hands-on, 360-degree sales position where you will be involved from initial customer contact through to product installation, liaising with a range of external and internal contacts, managing the process until completion.

For the Sales Specialist role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
6. Dental sales experience
7. OR a B2B sales professional with a strong track record of delivering growth
8. OR a dental clinician (e.g. TCO, Practice Manager or Dental Nurse) seeking a new challenge within sales
9. Resilience, tenacity and takes a long-term approach to business
10. Excellent work ethic and a team player
11. A collaborative team player who's willing to go the extra mile
12. Full driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
Benefits of the Sales Specialist role:
13. £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary
14. Uncapped commission. OTE is £20-25k with additional accelerator incentives
