We’re looking for a motivated, creative individual seeking to establish themselves as a valued member of a small, hard-working team of in-house designers. The department is responsible for the print and digital communication of two premium womenswear fashion brands..
Working with beautifully shot fashion photography your principal role will be to support the team in presenting each brand in its best light to visually communicate with the customer across three international markets.
Junior Graphic Designer - The Role:
* Working closely with the Marketing team to design weekly marketing newsletters for the UK, US & DE markets, ensuring emails are on-brand, engaging and focused. This will also involve executing marketing requests, such as weekly footer updates and the creation of GIFs.
* Selecting, preparing, cropping and exporting images ready for use on Instagram.Creating cohesive and engaging Instagram grids that align with the brand’s aesthetic.
* Design in-store POS and liaise with suppliers, ensuring all printed communications are created and supplied to a standard that’s aligned with our beautiful clothes and stores.
* Collaborate with the web team to handle website-related requests, ensuring the site maintains high standards of design, usability, and brand consistency. Design and brief homepages and support the creation of additional web pages as needed. Assist with seasonal website launches including content organization and help with retouching web stills.
* Aid in the creation of seasonal catalogues and lookbooks for the brand.
* Assist with video content creation and editing.
Junior Graphic Designer - The Candidate:
* The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or have equivalent work experience.
* InDesign and Photoshop are essential
* A professional portfolio showcasing design work across both digital and print platforms is required.
* You should have at least one year of professional experience in graphic design, with a solid understanding of design principles.
* The ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team, while taking initiative and managing multiple tasks effectively is essential.
* Previous experience or a keen interest in the fashion industry is desirable.
* Knowledge of Lightroom and Sketch is an advantage
