Location: Uxbridge| Hybrid Working: 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (37.5 hours per week)

What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll manage your own portfolio of customer claims, ensuring seamless service and efficient resolution throughout the lifecycle of each case. You'll work with both internal and external stakeholders to drive progress, mitigate loss, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your day-to-day will include:
1. Managing long-term customer accounts with professionalism and care
2. Providing regular updates to customers and tracking case developments
3. Liaising with third-party insurers, repairers, engineers, solicitors, and senior stakeholders
4. Investigating liability, damage causation, and potential fraud using a variety of resources
5. Making sound commercial decisions to protect the business's interests
