We've partnered with one of the biggest food companies in the UK, which owns some of the most well-known brands in the category. The Role:
As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing one of the company's flagship brands, focusing on driving growth, developing brand strategy, and expanding licensing opportunities into new markets. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to create and execute marketing plans within an allocated budget to meet targets for sales, profit, and market share.
Your responsibilities will include leading the brand strategy in the UK, launching new product developments (NPD), overseeing artwork development for packaging, analyzing brand performance regularly, managing the brand budget and P&L, and defining the brand's media strategy.
Required Experience:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Brand Marketing within the FMCG industry; experience in the food sector is advantageous
* Ability to analyze data from Nielsen, Kantar, or IRI
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
* Excellent project management and organizational skills
* Proven success in managing FMCG brands
